Step-by-Step Guide
  1. 1Sit in a comfortable, upright position and bring your right hand into Vishnu Mudra (folding the index and middle fingers toward the palm).
  2. 2Close your right nostril with your thumb and inhale deeply through the left nostril for a count of 4 seconds (Ratio: 1).
  3. 3Close both nostrils and hold the breath internally for a count of 16 seconds (Ratio: 4).
  4. 4Release the thumb and exhale slowly through the right nostril for a count of 8 seconds (Ratio: 2).
